Exchange Policy

• Any exchange request must be reported to us within 1 day of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Worn, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
• All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
• After the 1-day notification period, we will not be able to accept exchange requests.

Jewellery Care Policy

Product Origin
All TCC jewellery products are imported from China. Our pieces are fashion jewellery and are designed to maintain their appearance with proper care and handling.

To keep your TCC piece looking its best, please follow these care guidelines. Damage caused by not following this policy is not covered under warranty or eligible for return/exchange.

• Keep your jewellery away from moisture, sweat, and water at all times — remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Avoid contact with chlorine, salt water, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals (bleach, cleaning sprays, sanitizer). If you wear fragrance or lotion, let it dry fully before putting your piece on.
• Remove your jewellery before sleeping and before any physical activity, including sports.
• Avoid friction against rough fabrics or other jewellery, as this can wear down plating over time.
• Store your piece in a closed bag or box when not in use, away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners, abrasive materials, or soak your jewellery in any liquid.

Following these steps will help preserve the plating and finish of your piece. Exposure to water, chemicals, sweat, or friction voids eligibility for replacement or warranty claims related to plating wear or discoloration.
